"I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I do not know any other way of loving but this, in which there is no I or you, so intimate that your hand upon my chest is my hand, so intimate that when I fall asleep your eyes close." -- Pablo Neruda
Happy Wednesday. It's been a [slight] while since the last post-- but we've got many things cooking nicely in the potluck of artsy projects. As you know, I've mentioned Frozen a lot these past few weeks, and we just might finally have made a 'proper' artwork here!
My favorite characters are Elsa and Kristoff-- I suppose they are the ones I identify with the most; but I really really [truly] enjoyed the relationship between these two sweets. A breath of fresh air doesn't even describe it justly. It was just really snarky and sweet and enjoyable. With an unspoken something special that's worth admiring. [and I'm not much for the romance business in movies!]
I went with a different route, collourifically. I wanted to sorta use 'cool versions' of warm colors and just give it a touch of warmth and coldness. I also did some collage work, but in the end, I loved the drawing in itself so I kept it a little cleaner than my past collage works. I hope you enjoy.
UPDATE!: This artwork is available as prints and merch on the Official Longfall store and Society6!
